[Milsurplus] Chance to get some iron

Rod,

A 23278 is for RBM through RBM-4 (whichever one it's marked for but they are 
all the same except for contract number and contractor).  The 23270 is for the 
TCS.  It will also be marked for some model number between none and -15.  But 
again, they are all interchangable as units.
