These are the receivers, power supplies and control unit from the Navy
RBM-5 receiving system, which is a "portable" setup which usually
accompanied the TBW transmitter. This whole shebang was used for shore
command posts/landing parties. The two receivers cover from 200 KHz to
20 MHz.
The numbers indicate that these are the Westinghouse (code CAY)
contract set, the -46076A is the 200 KHz to 2 MHz receiver. Now there
is a discrepancy with the CAY-46077A. This is also a 200 KHz to 2 MHz
receiver, but it is for the RBS system. They're basically the same
receiver except some minor front panel/knob differences.
For the RBM-5 series the second receiver which covers 2 MHz to 20 MHz
should be -46078A.
You can see a photo of the RBM setup here:

They're fairly decent receivers for WW2 technology (I have them...),
about the same class and performance of the BC-348 or even the
BC-312/342.

I'm not sure whether they were really sent to the Soviet Union under
Lend-Lease, but they're seen in a radio museum in Russia...
If you're able to get the TBW transmitter, you'll have a neat station...
The receivers are not that big or heavy. they have about the same
volume as the BC-348 but a different shape factor.
I say definitely get them!
