[Milsurplus] Tungar rectifiers

There is no mercury in a tungar bulb (rectifier). It has a TUNGsten
filament and is filled with ARgon gas. The anode is a carbon button. No
preheat required. I had a 6 volt GE tungar battery charger until the
bulb burned out and I couldn't find a replacement so I trashed it.
