[Milsurplus] Transformer ID

Afternoon all....

Digging around in parts cave, ran across a plate transformer am unable to 
remember where I got it or what it is for.
(sound familiar?)  It measures 3-3/4 high, 3-1/8 wide, core is 2-1/4 thick. 
Verticle mount. Primary, assuming is 120VAC,
when applied results in 2000V with center-tap.  Part number is 5610-0000-015 
with number below it of 497534.  Any ideas?
Weighs 7 lbs.

Could be commercial 2-way, broadcasting, ham, cough cough-CB (yuk), or ??
