[Milsurplus] R-392 Meter Characteristics

My database says 0-1 MADC but when I last had a loose original 8 years ago, I 
didn't think to measure the resistance.  However, if you can turn up an 
on-line database of NSN's, the NSN was 6625-00-538-9700 in 1977.
