Both have been overhauled, not just the one with the Stewart-Warner
re-work tag.  The one with "LBAD" in the serial number was re-worked
at Lexington Bluegrass Army Depot.  I'd guess that is good news. 

I've always liked the AN/GRC-19.  At Dayton in 2002, a fellow had a
NOS AN/GRC-19, complete with mount and cables, and including the
T-195B transmitter, all by Stewart-Warner on the same order
numbers.  He wanted $500 for the lot, but unfortunately I was
traveling light in a rental car that was already full with stuff
I got from Fair Radio in Lima the day before.  When last I checked
it was still unsold.

About ten years ago Electric Radio ran an interesting series of
articles about how the T-195 was designed.
