[Milsurplus] RIP: Tony Grogan

Group & the Grogan family,

Tony and I never met face to face.  But we knew each other through the hobby 
for 20 years or more, having telephone or more recently email conversations 
off and on throughout the period.  A number of times over the years he took care 
of problems that someone I knew in his part of the east coast was having with 
some mil radio or other.  I shall sorely miss his occasional email and offer 
my sincere condolences to his family and friends in the area.
