[Milsurplus] R.C.A.F. 163-219, demodulator

Looking for any info on this piece of gear. It actually looks as if there is only one half of it as it sits vertically on a rack shelf and edges are lined with RF "wool", indicating it was part of a secure system \. All tubes and nicely made by Canadian Marconi Co. under contract ser. 2-PG-8-139, 1959. 

Could be part of a microwave system.
