Probably the same way as the R-649 - lack of exposure/knowledge
base/examples. I know of 1-2 others on the list, maybe 8-10
nationally. Seems to dovetail perfectly with the demise of the
Boulevard receiver contract and Halli CG contract mentioned by Bill
K4JYS. Certainly piqued my interest.

I recall the first time I saw one in an ad or some photo,
thinking....Radiomarine? Looks just like a National to me!
