[Milsurplus] RCA mechanical filter, was Boulevard Receiver

Strange to hear that an RCA designed receiver would use Collins
mechanical filters.  I believe RCA had mechanical filters in receivers
long before Collins.  The RCA AN/ARC-21 uses two IIRC.
