You know, that was the first thing to cross my mind. :-)

The caption on the photo reads: "SC 415376. BASTOGNE, BELGIUM. Troops of
the 101st Airborne Division watch C-47’s drop supplies to them. 26

I'm thinking AN/TRC-1. Found this image on a French site:
