[Milsurplus] Boulevard Receiver

Hello,

This receiver was produced in limited numbers under a contract for the
Coast Guard.  After the contract was finished, the remaining parts
inventory was purchased by a company called Boulevard Electronics,
who marketed the receiver as a kit.
