[Milsurplus] What's with the R-96/ SR

Hue,

The link Meir sent (which is of two pages out of TM 11-487A) probably tells 
you everything that you need to know.  The receiver plus the associated 
transmitter were intended for uses similar to the TCS, Hallicrafters HT-14 
(BC-669-A), etc.  If you need more information, I have the TM's (which are Army) on 
R-96/SR, R-96A/SR and T-83/SR.
