That's correct if you have a T-47 or T-47A.  The COL-52286 did have a cover 
when it used the earlier rail type shock mounts.  When the rails were replaced 
by MT-283 and MT-284/ART-13, MT-283 became the bottom cover.  And actually, 
that's what I thought you were looking for.
