(I knew I'd find it somewhere.) In TM11-285, Radio Set AN/VRC-7, March, 1951, under Running Spares on page 16 I found the bulb's description: <lamp, incandescent, 1.35-volt, .06 ampere, GM type #3331.> Not sure how much help that is but....

Jack,
I don't think that the manuals have this data.
I can't find my notes for my AN/GRC-7 right now, but I'm pretty sure the RT-70 uses a Type 331 lamp, available from Fair Radio. I'll let you know if I find better info.
