[Milsurplus] "Sick" R390/URR

Sorry, obviously a false memory from 30+ years ago hetorodyned with one from 
the R-388 or some such.  The coil racks in the R-390 are checked and set at 02 
000.  But the consequences of setting them at 08 999+ are exactly as I 
previously described.
