[Milsurplus] PRC74 carrying frame

Ben,

It's a bit of a mystery but as far as I can tell from the TM's, neither.  I 
have the -12 and -35 on AN/PRC-74 and 74A, and the -12-1 and -35-1 on 
AN/PRC-74B and 74C.  One photo in the front of the -12 shows the radio being operated 
while attached on a man's back with a should and waist harness.  This photo is 
missing from the -12-1 and nowhere in either publication can I find where it 
discusses what it is.  I'll post a note to G503 and see whether anyone there 
knows.
