[Milsurplus] Navy RAK receiver tag

Folks,

Recently I got an RAK receiver to keep company to my RAL...
Unfortunately, the RAK, although in excellent condition, is missing  
its  Navy tag.
(I can't figure out why some previous owners just get rid of it...)

I don't even know what version and what manufacturer's abbreviation,  
but it's academic at this point as I just want it to look right.

I'm looking for either a reproduction (or even a scan I can fake into  
looking almost original) or better yet, an original one.
