If this site wants to present the German vehicle antennas as NVIS using loop
antennas, they should present more evidence than just their photo interpretation.
Also think about this: a huge metal mass inches, in some cases, from the "loop".
How will that affect the tuning and magnetic field?
You can present any idea on the Internet. Without evidence, or with flakey
evidence.
