[Milsurplus] Lube stuff question

 Now to figure out what it's for.  Only other markings are : Pres MIL-B-197D and LUB W/MIL-G-18709A Which is the type grease  t use on it i suspect.  To big for dynamotor bearings but could be something for the  15 tty?  Don't know.  just a shot in the dark.
