[Milsurplus] RBC Headphones

What kind of headphones should I be using with an RBC receiver and where can I get a set? I'm currently using a speaker connected through the headphone jack and the audio is great. When I hook up the headphones I normally use with communications receivers, the audio is virtually non-existent. I'm assuming its an impedance mismatch.
