Right - so the Germans, Japanese, the Communist North Koreans,  
Chinese, North Vietnamese, and more recently the Islamo-fascists  
(Taliban, Al-Qaida, and the rest of such benevolent old ladies' social  
clubs) are not or were not our enemies...

A long as you're mentioning Iraq, the Iraqis are not our enemies, but  
these terrorists are, in case you slept through the last 8 years or so  
- and for your information they're enemies of the Iraqis as well, as  
in other places such as Afghanistan.
