Bid schilling has nothing to do with bidder ID harvesting. I agree completely 
with Chuck. Bidder ID hiding can't and wasn't intended to do anything about 
someone stealing the information in a legitiment auction and running it as 
though it were their own. The two problems are totally unrelated. There is no 
doubt, as obnoxious as it is, that bidder ID hiding achieved it's primary purpose.
