[Milsurplus] Head and Chest Set HS-17

Hello everybody... Looking for a complete Head and Chest Set HS-17 to 
plug into an EE-91 telephone
for display in Battery Townsley at Fort Cronkhite in the Golden Gate 
National Recreation Area.

Any ideas welcome.
