[Milsurplus] History of Ham Mods: Opinions?

Destruction (modification) of pristine sets is to be very strongly
discouraged, IMO. OTOH, there are plenty of ham hacked sets around and I
see no real problem in using those as examples of what was done, or even
cleaning up the mods that were poorly done.
