Ebays Fait accompli
 
Well, seems the new Ebay system, paying to list an item, paying a % of  final 
sold value and forcing one to accept Paypal (an Ebay company) so that your  
buyers payment is yet further fleeced by Ebay is perfectly acceptable according 
 to Trading Standards. They can see nothing wrong in that. 
 
So, three chunks of the pie for Ebay, crumbs and scraps for the punters. 
 
Don't you just love Capitalism?
