[Milsurplus] Yugo RUP-15 set

Anyone have one of these hf manpacks ? 
 
Just acquired one, nice cosmetic condition, performance wise bit  
disappointed. 
 
I cannot get the built-in atu to tune at anything like the marked  
frequencies on the knobs. I'm getting 15w out now (set needed looking at) into  50 ohm 
and the dummy load but on the whip attached to the set the atu controls  are no 
where near the marked frequency ranges. 
 
Also, the audio could do with some compression, pwr meter read 5w on  speech, 
peaking to 15 on whistle of course but compared to other manpacks here,  
PRC74, SEG15D etc, the o/p could do with squeezing. 
 
Anyway, if anyone on the group has this set please get in touch.
