[Milsurplus] Who was the original designer of the "Old Family" FM radios?

I mean the RT-66, RT-67, RT-68, RT-70, R-108, R-109, R-110, and all the 
attendant power supplies & racks.

It is nice old stuff, and the whole bunch has a 'family resemblance'.  
What company was responsible for the original design?

Love that OD wrinkle-finish paint.

Oh yeah, and who has a PRC-16 that they want to get rid of?
