Well I've got tm 11-4007 that's the BC-191 repair book.  And TM 11-800
that's the general '191 manual.  Neither have what you request.

But the pin-out for the SO-44 rx control is Fig. 19/4007.  It may have
general interest so I'll hit the reflector with it

         pins 20, 21, 22 dpst on rly '1165'
         pin 23 low-z audio fm rx to 191 (reason mic jack on '312).
         pin 33 sidetone to rx
         pin 34 ground it to xmt (for tip on 312's mic jack)

Table III/4007 shows how antenna switchover & rest of rly 1165 works

But I don't have the specific cable connections to a '224 (12v acft) or a
'312 (12V vehicle)

Fair chance the 312/342 manual has it
