A few years ago I bought a box of tubes at the local flea for $100. It
happened to have a WE rectifier of some sort (WE equiv of 5R4 IIRC)
along with some globe and shouldered 45s, a pair of 2A3s and a few
other somewhat valuable tubes. I had no use for the rectifier so I put
it up on the bay. I ended up getting $110 for it. I still have two or
three WE 421As that I will probably never use.
