Hi Jack,

Interesting.  I have a National superhet similar to, but earlier than 
the AGS.  The tag says "HIGH FREQUENCY RECEIVER, TYPE RHM, U.S. 
DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE, AERONAUTICS BRANCH, AIRWAYS DIVISION, LIGHTHOUSE 
SERVICE"  Date is 5/12/32.  I always assumed RHM was just another 
National three-letter acronym like AGS or HRO.  But perhaps it was a 
government designation in the same series as RHZ.
