[Milsurplus] List Server Incompetent SPAM filtering

Has anyone noticed that, when this list server takes a mind that a message is spam, there is almost nothing that can be done to correct the problem? Absolutely no useful information is available to help figure out the significance of the trouble code except to say that Hxxxx is a header problem, Bxxxx is a body problem.
I guess it's always easiest to take the easy way out and reject messages as SPAM on the slightest pretext, to provide no useful information that can be used to decode the trouble, and to use the same filter to reject the message if you try to send it to the e-mail address given for troubleshooting.
It's a sad and sorry way to run a server.
