[Milsurplus] Stinking 'bot

Can anyone change the settings on the 'bot that serves this list. On
most other QTH  lists, the 'bot is smart enough to take any incoming
message in HTML and strip attachments, then reflect it back to the
subscribers.

On this list, the 'bot bounces HTML, them proceeds to send out messages
in HTML, so if you reply to a post, the post gets bounced.

Please fix it, if you can.
