[Milsurplus] OS-8G/U O-Scope info needed

Gent's:

I'm in need of some info regarding a military piece of test gear. The subject item is a OS-8G/ U O-Scope. What is the value of one theses? The unit was never issued / placed in service so it still looks like it was just produced.  It was in good operating condition when I last powered it up and got some good traces on it.  Was it used as a general  scope or serve another function?
