Interesting film (and site) but at the same time it's amazing to me just how 
little informatioon of substance is actually revealed in many of these WW2 
Signal Corps productions.   Editing seemed to have been based on the worst case 
assumption that the contents would inevitably fall into the hands of the enemy. 
  Fore sure, RESTRICTED was a low level classification, so I wonder if there 
were SECRET and/or TOP SECRET films that DID show such things as close-up, 
face-on and internal views of electronic and other equipment and included 
detailed discussions of capabilities and technical characteristics?   If so, where 
might those reels be now?
