[Milsurplus] RUP-15 set ?

Anyone got one of these ? 
 
Just about to try installing a vogad for the mic, try and get the talk  power 
up a bit. 
 
On AM this set is like several Racals etc, full carrier then the mod talks  
it down but have noticed on ssb the talk power is low, full o/p on whistle but  
during speech the o/p is low. Hopefully the vogad will improve that. 
 
The PRC319 here has a great vogad, can whisper and get full o/p with good  
punch.
 
Anyone else played with one of these Yugo sets?
