[Milsurplus] Collins 708A-1 for sale

Collins 708A-1 in very good condition for sale.  This is a "precision" tunable oscillator that covers 2.0 MHz to 4.2 MHz.  Collins specifications say that it can be reset to the nearest 30 Hz just by turning the dials.  The unit was sold as a precision tunable laboratory oscillator by Collins Radio but they stated that the 708A-1 could be used as a transmitter VFO or as a receiver local oscillator.

The unit contains 2 PTOs and mounts behind a 10.5 inch high standard rack panel.  It is 13 inches deep excluding the knobs on the front and the depth of several BNC connectors on the back.  A 708A-2 power supply or equivalent is needed to run the unit (a suitable power supply can be easily homebrewed).  I do NOT have the matching 708A-2 power supply.
