I have to comment on this thread
Ebay in my opinion is on its way to a melt down.I have used ebay since 
almost it startup and have watched change almost daily.The fees and 
rules point toward the buyer and the seller is just another store in a 
large mall.Ebay dosent care if you fold your cards and get out of the 
game as there is another seler to take your place.They  do not support 
the seller and pay pal is the same way.I quit using pay pal as it is 
nothing but a money clearing house and dose not support the seller.The 
more you use there service the richer they get and the poorer you get.
The thing that bugs me more than all this is the idea that someone 
started  is the refund and return idea.Go to any auction and buy 
something and try to return it and ask for a refund and see how far you 
get.When ebay started there wasnt anything like that you bid you baught 
you sent a payment to the seller and you got your item then case closed 
it was yours good bad or what ever it was yours.
The news that ebay has something to do with craigs list if thats true 
craigs list will be in trouble soon.
I guess I could go on and on we will see what happens
