[Milsurplus] unknown Collins radio part - new in wrap

I have a new in wrap Collins part, I don't want to open the wrap because I
want to find it a good home on eBay, and opening the package is like a sin
against God or something like that.  I got this from a stash of Navy radio
parts, and was told this was a R-1051 part.  I was then informed that it was
made by Collins, and was not a 1051 part.  Any help is appreciated.  Here's
the information I have on the package:

 

Typical military packaging, very waterproof and airtight.

 

Marked:

 

"4GA 5820-760-8922

FREQ. MULTIPLIER

1 EA A-7/72

NSC. LBEACH, CA"
