[Milsurplus] KY-149A

 I have a keyer here, KY-149A, bought at a flea
market, some one has partially disassembled the diode
switcher, if I can get a top internal photo or a
wiring diagram I'll be able to restore it. What is
this keyer used for? Emergency? Please email me off
