[Milsurplus] Free large WW II transmitter - Not

My logic says that if USS Hope was decommissioned in 1946, it's highly
unlikely that she was updated with 1950's model radio equipment such as the
Mackay Radio MRU 19/20, even if she was still floating in the 'Ghost Fleet"
until her scrapping in 1978.
Best examples are the Victory and Liberty ships still in the Ghost Fleet,
which are still equipped with the same WW2 vintage radio consoles (Federal
Telegraph and Radio/Mackay and RCA Radiomarine) they carried in WW2.
