I sent this note to Richard Dilman of
Radiomarine list. He'll be able to identify this
for sure. It does have in fact a Mackay receiver.
I think i saw the manual for this setup, Mackay's
equivalent to the RMCA "coke machine", when i
was sorting my manuals last week but the system
is pretty much random access....
