Without looking for my RCH manual, i assume these are bypass
capacitors and maybe not critical in the uF value. What i would
do is, use mylar caps and FORGET reforming lytics forever. Turn
the radio on after 20 years, no lytics to reform, just like some other
gear whose power supplies is built without lytics - RBS for example.

for some representative values and prices. They are affordable.
NO reforming !  If you need 30 or 50 uF, yes, maybe lytics have
