Gallant Hours a 1960 movie w. Cagney & Mitchum about Adm. Halsey

On Turner Classic 1/23 @ 10P.

Lot of Boeing 314 China Clipper shots.  Note Navy appropriated all PAA's
acft. during ww2.  Painted them gray.  Aparrently none lost but tragically 
all scrapped afterwards.

Evidence remains of comm'l seaplanes because marked exit's still on NYC 
x-way (cross-bronx?) for Laguadia's Marine Terminal.

Saw it years back but this time I'm going to catch it with a DVR & 
slo-review any eye-catcher.

As an aside, movie's plot & acting pretty OK
