Roger,

If you use as your building block a BC-221 and can locate one of the 
CY-182/AR cabinets, there is a space in the rear where you could probably build a 
mains supply.  I considered it once and concluded you would probably have to use 
separate filament and HT transformers in order for them to be small enough to 
fit.
