[Milsurplus] PRC-5 MARS modification doc

has a MARS document on mods to the PRC-5, from a 
minimum of changing the osc tube and neutralizing the
6L6 PA to a full blown hackover. I cite this page because
i found it interesting to read about some operational problems
inherent in the PRC-5. You have to wonder if the radio was
actually used in service, that is: outside of training.
