[Milsurplus] PRC-47 Fine Tuning Modification Update

I have updated the directions of modifying the PRC-47 for fine tuning in 
frequency. The new modification instructions can be found at the URL below.
The reason for the update is that I had the wrong resistor marked in the 
photos of the modification.
The original modification worked and was very stable but the new revision 
will give you more frequency swing.
I have never made any mistakes before on any of my modifications  and 
probably will never make another mistake.     :-)
I do apologize for this minor error.
