[Milsurplus] Collins Transformer ID Please

[WA5CAB at cs.com]

It's almost the same specs (everything except the freq response, 200-5000) 
but earliest through latest TCS manuals I have show 677N227 as the Collins part 
number (of that number type) for the TCS receiver output.
