[Milsurplus] OT: US Navy wireless manual

[Hue Miller]

Is that the book with the photos from the Alaska wireless station?
( Must have been a pretty lonely and boring duty station! )
If so- i think it was first published in 1911 and then a new edition every
year to 1914 at least. 
I sure don't remember that quoted text in it. Maybe i just had to "tune
it out" !  -HUE
