Probably older than you are seeking, but the USAAF's 1944-era AN/ARC-9
crystal-controlled HF transmitter-receiver was supplied with its ten
channels on the following frequencies:
CH. KC
1 3105
2 4220
3 4495
4 4575
5 4465
6 5588
7 5662
8 6210
9 6440
10 6500
These frequencies are even specified in the AN/ARC-9 maintenance manual
(AN 08-30ARC9-3), so these are likely the USAAF's most commonly used
WWII-era HF aircraft frequencies.
The AN/ARC-9 is the military version of the commercial Bendix RTA-1B,
which was available as early as 1942.
